Solar Data Processor


Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the production of engineering plans and government permit applications with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for national solar system installers.
  • Light clerical work, managing and disbursing information within the office, maintaining files, data entry, answering phones, technical support
  • Facilitate the definition of projects scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Prepare permit letters, organize engineering calculations and plans and facilitate the processing of permit packages
  • Meet deadlines
  • Ensure great customer service at all levels

Education & Experience

  • High School Graduate or Higher
  • No experience necessary; but prior professional office experience preferred 

Skills Needed

  • Organized individual with the ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
  • Team Player
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF, One Drive, Google Docs

Civil Engineer


The Principal Team is seeking a Civil Engineer (PE) with 10+ years’ professional experience.  Desired is a focus in design of roadways, highways, and drainage.  Candidates with other experience are also encouraged to apply.  Duties include, but are not limited to, the preparation of calculations, design, plans, construction documents, specifications and cost estimates for public projects.  Duties include the supervision and mentoring of junior engineers and technicians, as well as client relations.  Competitive salary, health plan, retirement plan and potential for annual bonus.
